Proclamation 2007
This proclamation may be cited as the Natural Resources Management
(Water Resources and Other Matters) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Natural Resources Management (Water Resources and Other
Matters) Amendment Act 2007 (No 24 of 2007) will come into operation on
26 July 2007.
(2) The operation of the following provisions is suspended until a day or
time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations:
(a) sections 12, 18, 21(2) and (3), 23, 24(1), (3), (4), (5) and (6),
25, 26, 27, 28(2), 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35(1), (2), (3), (8), (9), (10), (11)
and (12), 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 45, 46, 47 and 48;
(b) Schedule 1.
