1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse (Commonwealth Powers) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of Act
The National Redress Scheme for Institutional Child Sexual Abuse (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2018
(No 15 of 2018) will come into operation on 22 November 2018.
