Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Occupational Health, Safety and
Welfare (SafeWork SA) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of provision
(1) The Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare (SafeWork SA) Amendment
Act 2005 (No 41 of 2005) will come into operation on 15 August
2005.
(2) The operation of clause 8 of Schedule 1 is suspended until a day to be
fixed by subsequent proclamation.
