Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011.

2—Commencement of Act

(1) The Occupational Licensing National Law (South Australia) Act 2011 (No 4 of 2011) will come into operation on 23 June 2011.

(2) The operation of the following provisions is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:

(a) sections 7, 8 and 9;

(b) in relation to the Schedule—

(i) Parts 2 to 5 (inclusive); and

(ii) paragraphs (g), (h) and (i) of section 99(3); and

(iii) Part 8 Division 1; and

(iv) section 137; and

(v) Part 8 Division 3; and

(vi) Part 9 Division 2; and

(vii) sections 150 and 153; and

(viii) Part 9 Division 5.
