Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2020
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The following provisions of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
(No 14 of 2016) come into operation on 31 July 2020:
(a) Schedule 6 clause 19;
(b) Schedule 8 clauses 32(2), 33 and 34.
