Planning (Revocation of Open Space Preservation) Proclamation 2021
under section 62 of the Planning Act 1982
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Planning (Revocation of Open Space Preservation) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Revocation of prohibition
(1) The prohibition imposed in relation to the prescribed land by a proclamation that has force and effect under section 62 of the Planning Act 1982
(as continued under Schedule 8 clause 37 of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016
) is revoked.
(2) In subclause (1)

prescribed land means the land in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5937 Folio 888 (being Allotment 500 in Deposited Plan 65796).
