Penola Pulp Mill Authorisation Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Penola Pulp Mill Authorisation Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007.

2—Commencement of Act

The Penola Pulp Mill Authorisation Act 2007 (No 40 of 2007) will come into operation on 1 November 2007.
