Public Sector Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of Schedule 3 clause 1
(1) The Public Sector Act 2009 (No 37 of 2009) will come into operation on 1 February 2010.
(2) The operation of Schedule 3 clause 1 of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations.
