Parliamentary Superannuation (Scheme for New Members)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Parliamentary Superannuation
(Scheme for New Members) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005.
The Parliamentary Superannuation (Scheme for New Members) Amendment
Act 2005 (No 43 of 2005) (except section 47) will come into operation
on 15 September 2005.
Note—
Section 47 came into operation on 3 July 2003—see section
2(2).
