Public Sector (Administrative Units—Responsible Ministers) Proclamation 2014
under section 28 of the Public Sector Act 2009
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Public Sector (Administrative Units—Responsible Ministers) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of Minister responsible for Defence SA
The Minister for Defence Industries is designated as Defence SA's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
4—Alteration of Minister responsible for Department for Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy
The Minister for Manufacturing and Innovation is designated as the Department for Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy's Minister with responsibility for the Department.
