Railways (Operations and Access) (Access Regime Review) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Railways (Operations and Access) (Access Regime Review) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of Act
The Railways (Operations and Access) (Access Regime Review) Amendment Act 2011 (No 42 of 2011) will come into operation on 3 February 2012.
