Residential Parks (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Residential Parks (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of remaining provisions
The following provisions of the Residential Parks (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2019
(No 1 of 2019) come into operation on 12 August 2019:
(a) sections 6 to 19 (inclusive);
(b) section 21;
(c) section 22;
(d) section 26;
(e) Schedule 1 clauses 3 to 6 (inclusive).
