Remuneration (Ombudsman) Revocation
Proclamation 2008
under section 14(2) of the Remuneration Act 1990
This proclamation may be cited as the Remuneration (Ombudsman)
Revocation Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The proclamation made under the Remuneration Act 1990
conferring jurisdiction on the Remuneration Tribunal to determine the
remuneration payable in respect of the office of the Ombudsman (Gazette
23.7.1998 p224) is revoked.
