Statutes Amendment (Council Allowances) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Council Allowances) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.

2—Commencement of Act

The Statutes Amendment (Council Allowances) Act 2009 (No 66 of 2009) will come into operation on 14 January 2010.
