Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Gas and
Electricity) Act (Commencement of Remaining Provisions)
Proclamation 2004.
2—Commencement of remaining
provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Gas and Electricity)
Act 2003 (No 9 of 2003) (the Amendment Act) will come into
operation on 19 August 2004:
(a) paragraph (a) of section 33(1) of the Gas Act 1997
(inserted into that Act by section 27 of the Amendment Act); and
(b) section 34A of the Gas Act 1997 (inserted into that Act by
section 29 of the Amendment Act).
