Statutes Amendment (SACAT) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2015
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (SACAT) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (SACAT) Act 2014
(No 26 of 2014) will come into operation on 29 March 2015, immediately after the commencement of the remaining provisions of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
:
(a) Parts 2 to 5 (inclusive);
(b) Parts 8 and 9;
(c) Part 11;
(d) Parts 13 to 15 (inclusive);
(e) sections 193 to 201 (inclusive);
(f) sections 203 to 205 (inclusive);
(g) Part 17.
