1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement of Act
The Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act 2020
(No 35 of 2020) comes into operation on 2 November 2020.
