Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Simplify) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2020
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Simplify) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement of certain provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Simplify) Act 2019
(No 25 of 2019) come into operation on 6 April 2020:
(a) Part 2;
(b) Part 4;
(c) sections 61, 62, 64 and 66.
