Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Aggravated Offences) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal
(Aggravated Offences) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Aggravated Offences) Act
2005 (No 62 of 2005) will come into operation on 15 May 2006.
(2) The operation of sections 18, 22 and 23 of the Act are suspended until
a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations.
