(Commencement) Proclamation 2007
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal
(Aggravated Offences) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Statutes Amendment and Repeal
(Aggravated Offences) Act 2005 (No 62 of 2005) will come into
operation on 18 January 2007 immediately after the Statutes
Amendment (Justice Portfolio) Act 2006 comes into operation.
