1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Sentencing (Suspended and Community Based Custodial Sentences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of Act
The Sentencing (Suspended and Community Based Custodial Sentences) Amendment Act 2019
(No 11 of 2019) comes into operation on 23 May 2019.
