Statutes Amendment (Planning, Development and Infrastructure) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Planning, Development and Infrastructure) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Planning, Development and Infrastructure) Act 2017
(No 5 of 2017) come into operation on 1 July 2019:
(a) Part 5;
(b) Part 9;
(c) Part 13;
(d) Part 22.
