Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law Implementation) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law Implementation) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law Implementation) Act 2012 (No 55 of 2012) will come into operation on 1 February 2013.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (National Energy Retail Law Implementation) Act 2012 is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:
(a) section 13(1);
(b) section 30(1).
