Statutes Amendment (Prohibition of Human Cloning for
Reproduction and Regulation of Research Involving Human Embryos) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Prohibition of
Human Cloning for Reproduction and Regulation of Research Involving Human
Embryos) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
The Statutes Amendment (Prohibition of Human Cloning for Reproduction
and Regulation of Research Involving Human Embryos) Act 2009
(No 11 of 2009) will come into operation on
7 May 2009.
