Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2021
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2021.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2)
, the Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act 2020
(No 27 of 2020) comes into operation on 1 March 2021.
(2) The following provisions of the Act come into operation on 1 March 2022:
(a) section 6(1)(d) to (g) (inclusive);
(b) Part 3.
