Statutes Amendment (Transport Portfolio—Alcohol and

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Transport
Portfolio—Alcohol and Drugs) Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions (other than section 36) of the Statutes
Amendment (Transport Portfolio—Alcohol and Drugs) Act 2009 (No 8 of
2009) will come into operation on 1 February 2010.
