South Australian Public Health (Early Childhood Services and Immunisation) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Public Health (Early Childhood Services and Immunisation) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2)
, the South Australian Public Health (Early Childhood Services and Immunisation) Amendment Act 2019
(No 8 of 2019) (the Amendment Act) comes into operation on 1 July 2019.
(2) The operation of sections 96B and 96C(1)(b) of the South Australian Public Health Act 2011
, inserted into that Act by section 4 of the Amendment Act, is suspended until 1 January 2020.
