Statutes Amendment (Environment Protection) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Environment Protection) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Statutes Amendment (Environment Protection) Act 2002 (No 43 of 2002) will come into operation on 10 April 2003.
