State Bank (Corporatisation) (Classification as Subsidiary) Proclamation 2004

under section 3(2) of the State Bank (Corporatisation) Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the State Bank (Corporatisation) (Classification as Subsidiary) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Classification of company as subsidiary

The following company is classified as an SBSA subsidiary for the purposes of the State Bank (Corporatisation) Act 1994:
