State Bank (Corporatisation) (Dissolution of Subsidiary)
Proclamation 2004
under section 23 of the State Bank (Corporatisation) Act 1994
1 By another proclamation made on this day, Edisco Pty Ltd is classified
under section 3(2) of the State Bank (Corporatisation) Act 1994
as an SBSA subsidiary for the purposes of that Act.
2 It is intended that, by this proclamation, the subsidiary be
dissolved.
This proclamation may be cited as the State Bank (Corporatisation)
(Dissolution of Subsidiary) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The following SBSA subsidiary is dissolved:
Edisco Pty Ltd (ACN 087 310 343)
