Tobacco Products Regulation (E-Cigarettes and Review) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Tobacco Products Regulation (E-Cigarettes and Review) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2)
, the Tobacco Products Regulation (E-Cigarettes and Review) Amendment Act 2018
(No 39 of 2018) will come into operation on 31 March 2019.
(2) The following provisions of the Act come into operation on 1 October 2019:
(a) section 13, but only insofar as it inserts section 30(2) into the Tobacco Products Regulation Act 1997
;
(b) section 20.
