Regulation 6 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of the penalty "and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 20 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues" ;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of the penalty "and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 10 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues" .
