EDUCATION ACT 2016 (NO. 51 OF 2016) - SECT 207
Amount and use of additional grant
(1) An additional grant made under section 206 may only be used for
the purpose for which it is approved.
(2) An additional grant is for
the amount determined by the Minister, whether it is the amount requested in
the application under section 206 or a lower amount.
