ELECTORAL AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 47 OF 2009) - SECT 14

Section 187 amended (Electoral bribery)

Section 187 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

(1A) Subsection (1) does not apply to any property or benefit if the value of that property or benefit does not exceed three fee units.
