In this Part –

transfer day , in relation to a transfer order, means the date specified in the order in accordance with section 26(4) as the date on which the transfer of the business to which the order relates takes effect;

transfer order means an order made under section 26(1) ;

transferring business , in relation to a transfer order, means the business that is the subject of the order.
