FOOD ACT 2003 (NO. 8 OF 2003) - SECT 118
PART 10 - Infringement notices
Service of infringement notice
(1) An authorised officer or a council may serve an infringement notice
on a person, other than a person under the age of 16 years, if of the opinion
that the person has committed a prescribed offence.
(2) An infringement
notice is not to relate to 4 or more offences.
