FOOD ACT 2003 (NO. 8 OF 2003) - SECT 28
Defence in respect of sale of unfit equipment or packaging or labelling material
In any proceedings for an offence under section 20(1) or (2) , it is a
defence if the person proves that the person reasonably believed that the
equipment or material concerned was not intended for use in connection with
the handling of food.
