FLUORIDATION AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 39 OF 2009) - SECT 6
Section 9 amended (Power of the Committee to require information and to enter on land)
The penalty under section 9(2) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "10
penalty units" and substituting "50 penalty units" .
