GAMING CONTROL AMENDMENT (FUTURE GAMING MARKET) ACT 2021 (NO. 31 OF 2021) - SECT 129
Section 112IB amended (Direct marketing of gaming to excluded persons prohibited)
Section 112IB of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "gaming operator" twice occurring and substituting "keno
operator" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "gaming operator" first
occurring and substituting "keno operator" ;
(c) by omitting from subsection
(2)(a) "gaming operator" and substituting "keno operator" .
