GAMING CONTROL AMENDMENT (FUTURE GAMING MARKET) ACT 2021 (NO. 31 OF 2021) - SECT 159
Section 148A amended (Annual Tasmanian gaming licence fee)
Section 148A of the Principal Act is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from
subsection (1) "Treasurer" and substituting "Commissioner of State Revenue" ;
(b) by omitting from subsection (5) "Treasurer" and substituting "Commissioner
of State Revenue" .
