JUSTICE AND RELATED LEGISLATION (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2015 (NO. 38 OF 2015) - SECT 13

Section 5B amended (Annual statement by Registrar of Asbestos Compensation Tribunal)

Section 5B(3) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "plaint in a court of requests" and substituting "claim in the Magistrates Court (Civil Division)" .
