MONETARY PENALTIES ENFORCEMENT (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 2011 (NO. 4 OF 2011) - SECT 19
Section 54 amended (Administrative sanctions)
Section 54(1) of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "a variation of
payment conditions or an MPCSO has not been granted," and substituting "either
a variation of payment conditions or an MPCSO has not been granted or the
Director determines that the enforcement debtor is not satisfactorily
complying with a variation of payment conditions," .
