(1) After conducting an inquiry, a committee of inquiry must give the Board a written report containing (a) a recommendation as to whether the applicant is entitled to be registered as a practitioner and, if so, whether the registration should be unconditional or subject to conditions; and(b) if the committee recommends that the applicant is entitled to be registered subject to conditions, a further recommendation as to what those conditions should be.(2) A report under subsection (1) is also to (a) contain any findings on questions of fact and the evidence or other material on which the findings are based; and(b) set out the reasons for any recommendation.
