(1)  Part 2 of the Register is to be divided into –

(a) Division (1), which is to contain the name and address of each property manager who is carrying on property management business and show, in addition, the address of each place where that manager is carrying on that business and the name under which that manager is doing so; and

(b) Division (2), which is to contain the names and addresses of all other property managers and any other information approved by the Board.

(2)  If a property manager named in Part 2 is a company, the entry in respect of the manager is also to contain the name and address of each of the directors of the manager.
