A person must not, without the authority of the Registrar or other lawful authority –

(a) obtain access to the Register or information contained in the Register; or

(b) make, alter or delete an entry in the Register; or

(c) interfere with the Register in any other way.

Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months, or both.
