In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears –

Board means the Tasmanian Community Fund Board continued in existence under section 6 ;

Fund means the Tasmanian Community Fund continued in existence under section 4 ;

repealed Act means the Trust Bank Sale Act 1999 .
