TAFE TASMANIA ACT 1997 (NO. 50 OF 1997) - SECT 23
Effect of Financial Agreement Act 1994
If the Treasurer, under section 5(1) of the Financial Agreement Act 1994 ,
requires TAFE Tasmania to do or refrain from doing anything for the purpose of
implementing the Agreement, within the meaning of that Act, TAFE Tasmania must
comply with that requirement.
