Section 112(3) of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from paragraph (c) "been met." and substituting "been met; and" ;

(b) by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph (c) :

(d) where required under the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 , a certificate of water and sewerage compliance (building) has been issued under section 56TD of that Act in relation to the relevant building work.
