EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order)

This order –

(a) amends the Administrative Arrangements Order (No. 3) 2022 by making the Department of Premier and Cabinet the department responsible for –

(i) the Stolen Generations of Aboriginal Children Act 2006 ; and

(ii) the legislation that is administered by the Minister for Veterans’ Affairs; and

(b) revokes the Administrative Arrangements Amendment Order (No. 2) 2022 .
