Section 166 of the Principal Act is amended as follows:

(a) by omitting from subsection (1) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" ;

(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" ;

(c) by omitting from subsection (3) "Minister for Health" and substituting "responsible Minister" .

This order amends the Mental Health Act 2013 so as to replace certain references that are inconsistent with the administrative arrangements made under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1990 .
